Luminous Media is a global leader in the manufacture of electroluminescent (EL) products quality is as important to us as creativity. This is not just to ensure that our resellers are able to supply total customer satisfaction - it is essential to ensure that our products are totally safe.

When producing EL components for industries like automotive, road safety and defence we are legally required to adhere to QA systems above and beyond normal manufacturing processes. When producing FlashWear® products we keep to the same systems to ensure exact standards.

As with any popular product there will always be inferior copies; many coming out of Asia and being distributed by reputable companies. We would always warn companies about these items which will not have legitimate CE or RoHS certificates. On top of this the name T-Qualizer® is a registered trademark.

All FlashWear® products come with the holographic sticker and are branded FlashWear®. If your product does not have these it is not a "genuine flashwear" product.

Quality Checklist
At The FlashWear® North America Store we are dedicated to providing a positive experience while you shop for your T-Qualizer® Equalizer Shirt. This is why we have compiled a quick check list of simple things to look for when comparison shopping:

Key #1 - The panel edge - The background color of the equalizer shirt panel will be screen printed right to the edge, as shown in this photo. A genuine T-Qualizer® equalizer shirt will not have a transparent, or white border around its panel

Key #2 - Rounded corners - Genuine T-Qualizer®s (regardless of style) all feature rounded corners on the panels, as opposed to sharp 90 degree angles.

Key #3 - Panel color - An authentic T-Qualizer® Equalizer Shirt or FlashWear® Anim8 shirt will feature a color-rich panel (where the lights comes from) as opposed to a dull, washed out look. This is the difference between high-quality screen printing, and low-cost ink-jet printing.

Key #4 - Price - Authentic T-Qualizer® equalizer shirts are built and certified to the highest standard. We use the highest grade electronics to ensure your satisfaction and enjoyment of our light up t-shirts.
